1. What is the lead time on your pieces? 

Most pieces are made-to-order with a lead time of 8-10 weeks. This excludes shipping time to your location. 

2. Where are your objects made? 

Our objects are made by hand by skilled woodworkers in Indonesia. However, we see our love for traditional craft expanding into other locations and materials in the future. 

3. Do you offer customization?

Yes, most pieces are customizable in terms of dimensions and finishings. Please send inquiries to faezah@studiokallang.com.

4.Do you accept returns? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces. 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes :) Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of the piece. Some larger pieces will require special arrangements.
